New Music: Rick Ross feat. Anthony Hamilton – ‘Glory of War’

Just months after releasing Rather You Than Me, Rick Ross returns with “Glory of War,” his soulful single featuring Anthony Hamilton.
Backed by lush piano keys and Hamilton’s harmonizing, Rozay raps about the changes in his life. “I cut off some old friends and family members,” he rhymes. “Hope they know I’m the wrong ni**a, a cold villain / Haters still hating 50 million later / I’ma tell you like a player, better get some paper.”
It’s unclear where “Glory of War” will land, but it follows Renzel’s DJ Khaled collaborations “On Everything,” “Down for Life,” “Pull a Caper,” and “Whatever” off Grateful.

Ross also appears in the video for YFN Lucci’s “Heartless,” which dropped Thursday (June 29). Directed by Marc Diamond, the visual for the Long Live Nut banger finds much of its inspiration in The Town. Throughout the lethal, high-energy cinematic clip, the visual recreates moments from the 2010 Ben Affleck film, complete with nun masks and guns blazing.
