“The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” might not be coming back anytime soon,
but royalty might still be on its way to the city, thanks to Beyoncé
and Jay Z. Queen Bey and the God MC have reportedly placed a $120
million bid on a mansion in the luxurious and private East Gate area,
also known as Old Bel-Air.
According to Page Six, the Carters are interested in a newly-built eight- bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion at 454 Cuesta Way. The two-acre gated property is being sold off-market for an asking price of $135 million, and it includes a spa, four pools, a 15-car garage, and bulletproof windows.
If they move into the new home, the Carters will have neighbors like actress Salma Hayek, singer Tom Jones, and former Disney CEO Michael Eisner.
‘Yoncé and Hov have been house hunting for years in the City of Angels. In 2014, they were reportedly outbid by billionaire Markus Persson. Later, designer Tom Ford reportedly outbid them on another Beverly Hills mansion.
With twins on the way, the couple is now looking even more intensely at a Los Angeles home for their growing family, according to the report. As previously reported, they also looked at the famed Spelling mansion in Los Angeles earlier this month.
