Lil Wayne is up and at it. A day after being released from the hospital, Weezy has returned to Twitter to thank his fans for their support.
“I’m feeling a lot better and again thk u all for ur love and prayers. It was truly felt…pause,” he tweeted.
He’s already back to doing what he loves most, watching sports. “Watching Highly Questionable on ESPN2 & Papi got me kry’n laughing in dis b!t[#,” he said.
The 30-year-old rapper was released from Cedars-Sinai hospital in L.A. on Monday after six days in the ICU. According to Birdman, he suffered a seizure due to lack of rest, while TMZ claims it was a codeine overdose.
“God Bless.my son just release frm hospital.thanks 4 all tha luv.YMCMB.Richgang,” tweeted Birdman upon his release.
His peers including LL Cool J and Kid Cudi were also glad to have him back. “Im really happy to hear Lil Wayne is doin better. Sincerely. Hes a legend,” tweeted Cudi.
