Sounds like Usher's girlfriend, Grace Miguel, is calling every shot in Usher's life. And she's doing so to her benefit--so she can replace his staff with her own people.

The NY Post reports that Grace Miguel urged Usher to fire his whole staff--his dancers, choreographers, tour managers, and more--so that she could replace them with her own people. This also includes Usher's agent getting the axe--Mark Cheatham of CAA. Usher has been with Mark since he started this business 16 years ago, and Mark also introduced Ursh to cash cow Justin Bieber.
The Post reports:
Cheatham was tight-lipped when we contacted him. "I don't know anything about it. I've been with Usher for a long time," he told us. "I've been on great terms with Usher. Talk to my publicist."
A CAA publicist never got back to us, but Usher is no longer listed on their client list.
A source close to Cheatham tells us, "Mark is really upset. He's been with him from the beginning. He thinks Usher will come back, He's just waiting."
Damn homie. Didn't Usher learn his lesson the first time his chick came in wrecking shop? Remember back in 2007 when his then-wife Tameka Raymond reportedly talked Usher into firing his co-manager mother, Jonetta Patton, because Tameka and Jonetta didn't get along? He ended up hiring his mama back, and you know the rest of the story with Tameka.
Guess he hasn't learned his lesson....
