Malina Williams is officially OFF the market! The Soul Food actress just got engaged to her new fiancé Tariq Walker after he popped the question. She said YES, or as Malinda will tell you, "WE SAID YES!" Congrats chick!
"We are engaged and we couldn’t be more happy about spending our lives together," she said in a statement. "To be honest from the moment we realized we were made for each other, we also recognized the impact we had on one another's desire to be better individuals, and inspired the best in each other. That is where 'we said yes' came in. We said yes to encouraging each other to reach higher and deeper for greater."

It'll be Malinda's third time down the aisle after marrying "ER" actor Mehki Pfiefer, who she shares a teenage son with, and her past marriage with DJ D-Nice that ended in 2009.
The "Soul Food" star and her man actually got engaged on National Proposal Day (March 20th). In honor of the dedicated day to proposals, they released a tribute called "3 Icons of Love" where they transformed into some of their favorite couples, which include President Barack Obama & First Lady Michelle Obama, Malcolm X & his wife Betty Shabazz, and Billie Dee Williams & Diana Ross from the movie Mahogany to honor beautiful and loving relationships. #BlackLove
