The woman behind Kevin Hart‘s cheating scandal retained celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom. Bloom held a news conference on Wednesday in Los Angeles, where Montia Sabbag acknowledged she had “an intimate relationship” with the diminutive comedian.
Sabbag says she has no idea who made the recordings.
“I am not an extortionist. I had nothing to do with these recordings,” she told reporters.
The rumored escort and stripper said she has not been contacted by
law enforcement yet. This conflicts with gossip webloid TMZ.com which
claimed the FBI already had a suspect.
Sabbag says she is not demanding cash from Hart and she claims to be a victim herself.
This whole story makes no sense at all.
TMZ reports that Sabbag’s previous lawyer told Kevin’s people she
would take a lie detector test if they paid her $420,000. Bloom said
“She is not demanding money.” She did not address the issue of the prior
demand with respect to the lie detector.
Bloom made it clear that it’s a felony to record a private moment between a sex worker and a john.
