“The surgery was a success, and I feel not only wonderful but liberated,” Jenner wrote in his memoirs, Secrets of My Life.
“You want to know, so now you know. Which is why this is the first time, and the last time, I will ever speak of it,” he added.
Jenner wrote that the decision to slice off and invert his genitals was “complex,” but ultimately, “it’s just a penis.”
“I just want to have all the right parts,” Jenner writes. “I am also tired of tucking the damn thing in all the time.”
The 67-year-old former Olympian told Diane Sawyer he regrets coming out as a transsexual in their first interview in 2015. The interview which aired on ABC’s 20/20 drew over 17.5 million viewers.
Jenner was hailed as a hero by the leftwing media who lavished him with awards. He was named Glamour magazine’s “Woman of the Year” and he received the red carpet treatment everywhere he went.
But the celebration was short lived. Jenner’s much-hyped reality TV show, I Am Cait, bombed in the ratings after the initial lift of the season premiere. The series was canceled after the 2nd poorly-rated season.
Jenner humbled himself and returned to making regular appearances on his ex-wife Kris Jenner’s reality TV series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
