While Hollywood is still buzzing about Sunday night’s Academy
Awards, Jay Z and Beyonce are busy figuring out if they want to pull the
trigger on a famous Hollywood mansion.
It looks like the power couple is trying to make extra room for their
growing family because according to reports, the Queen Bey and her
hubby are interested in buying Petra Ecclestone’s $105 million estate in
Hollywood.
The 57,000 square-foot mansion, which was previously owned by Candy
Spelling, is perfectly situated in the Holmby Hills neighborhood and is
apparently on of the most expensive homes for sale in the U.S. “The
Manor” was originally priced at $150 million.
The 6-acre mansion has 123 rooms, a bowling alley, swimming pool,
gymnasium, tennis court, screening room and four 2-car garages. This
also means each of Bey and Jay’s three kids could get their own garage.
The house once beloved to Bing Crosby, but when Spelling purchased
the digs in 1983, he demolished the original house and built this
mansion.
