Brown and Etheridge have a son together, Cassius, 5. Brown has four grown children from previous relationships.
Brown’s daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, who was found unresponsive in a bathtub in late January, lies in a vegetative state at a hospice in an Atlanta suburb.
The 22-year-old aspiring singer had been on life support until recently when she was transferred to the hospice facility just north of Atlanta in June.
The fact that Bobbi Kristina hasn’t passed away yet may mean she is receiving parental nutrition and hydration support via intravenous line or tube feeding. In which case she could linger on in a vegetative state indefinitely (weeks, months or years).
Certain members of Bobby Brown’s family were reportedly banned from visiting Bobbi Kristina after someone attempted to sell a death bed photo of Brown to the gossip tabloids. Photos recently published by a mainstream gossip tabloid are reportedly fake.
The DA’s office is considering filing murder charges against Brown’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, if she dies. Gordon is the subject of a lawsuit filed by Brown’s estate accusing Gordon of draining Brown’s bank account in the days after she was hospitalized.
Gordon reportedly supports himself by selling interviews to the tabloid media.
