Suge Knight is due in court today where a judge will
hear evidence in his murder trial.  In the meantime, full video of the
hit-and-run has emerged and it may change folks' opinions.  Watch it
inside...
We've got a few updates on imprisoned former record exec Suge Knight who pleaded not guilty to murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges in February.
Since his incarceration, Suge has sought emergency medical care THREE
times and now claims he's going blind! If that weren't enough on his
plate, he's fired his attorneys!
Today, he's expected in court (where he "may" represent himself) and there's a new video online of the graphic alleged hit-and-run.
While prosecutors claim Suge intentionally ran over Cle "Bone" Sloan and Terry Carter, Suge (with his former attorneys) argued he was acting in self-defense after allegedly being assaulted.
We've watched the clip (via TMZ)....and
"Bone" clearly had some sort of fight with Suge (who was still in his
truck).  On the video, recorded January 29th, you'll see Suge pull into
Tam's Burger and get confronted by Cle "Bone" Sloan. Then there's a
fight. Suge suddenly throws the truck in reverse, toppling Bone over.
Moments later, Suge hits the gas again and strikes Bone a second time
and also hits Terry mortally wounding him.
Terry Carter's family asked that TMZ post the video to show what happened. Via their lawyer, Gary Dordick, they told TMZ, "The
Carter family is pleased you are releasing the video so the public can
see what actually occurred and not be forced to speculate based on third
 party descriptions of the video."
