Alicia Keys Poses Pregnant and Nude to Promote We Are Here Movement

Alicia Keys is taking it off for a good cause. The pregnant singer goes totally nude to spread awareness for her We Are Here Movement, which aims to create a more peaceful world for all children through social justice causes including stricter gun laws, criminal justice reform, and global girls’ education.


Keys, whose second child with husband Swizz Beatz is due in December, covers her breasts with a peace sign painted on her belly in the photo, shot by Mark Seliger.
“I want to gather an army,” Keys told The New York Times. “It’s time to get people’s attention. People won’t be able to ignore this visual.”
Her new single “We Are Here” was inspired by recent events including Michael Brown’s shooting and unrest in the Middle East, and she promises that her new music will do more to address racism, injustice, and poverty.
