Althea Heart Suing Joseline Hernandez Over Fake Season 3 Reunion Brawl

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast member Althea Heart is supposedly suing fellow cast member Joseline Hernandez for her part in a fake brawl during the taping of LHHATL Season 3 Reunion. We know this is bull because cast members sign contracts agreeing not to file litigation against the cast or crew for activity that occurs on the set.

According to TMZ Althea just filed a civil lawsuit against Joseline claiming eyewitnesses saw her backstage smoking a crack pipe before the reunion show.
Althea is seeking unspecified damages.
