Dwyane Wade Compares LeBron James to a Wife or Girlfriend

When it comes to the greatest Bromance in the history of sports, nothing compares to the love and affection that Miami Heat superstars Dwayne Wade and LeBron James have for each other. The bond they share is so strong that James left the financial security of his hometown team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, to move to Miami to be with Wade.

Wade recently compared his relationship with James to that of a girlfriend or a wife when he explained why the Miami Heat have been struggling as of late.
Wade said — like most relationships — things can go wrong when a couple moves apart and stops doing the “little things” that once made them happy.

Let me give you an example. If you’re in a relationship with a woman for a long time, you start getting comfortable. You stop doing the little things that you should do, that you did in the beginning. It’s just like a relationship. We got a little comfortable. Now we have to get back on that edge a little bit.”

Maybe Wade is referring to the fact that James took time off to marry his longtime sweetheart, Savannah? Apparently men can be jealous of their male friends too.
How interesting that Wade considers LeBron to be the woman in their relationship.
