A
picture from Diamond’s Instagram account that the top-selling artiste
took with fellow artiste Roma Mkatoliki has elicited sharp reactions
from fans. The artiste, seen flashing the middle finger, was rebuked for
acting inappropriately with most of the fans accusing him of letting
success get into his head. In a country that is still conservative, such
a gesture, which can pass in Kenya, is frowned upon in Tanzania. This
came after he released another picture where he shows of his bling,
estimated to cost around Tsh20M (about Sh600,000). The flashy Bongo
singer has been known for his flamboyant style and his love for the good
life.
