It looks as though Diamond is back!
After the Single Ladies drama,
no one could have guessed that LisaRaye and Stacey Dash would be
working together again but it looks like they’ve buried the hatchet to
star in Lapdance where they both play strippers. LisaRaye is
tapping into her Player’s Club days for the film which also features
Lynn Whitfield, K.D. Aubert, and Carmen Electra, and is co-produced
by Datari Turner who did Meagan Good’s Video Girl, Common’s LUV, and Stacey’s recent movie Dysfunctional Friends.
According to Carlton Jordan, the movie is about a woman who only takes up stripping to pay off some hospital bills, but things go left.
An aspiring actress makes a pact with her fiance to take a job as an exotic dancer to care for her cancer stricken father. Once the pact the couple made is broken, there lives are changed forever.
It looks like we may have another hood classic on our hands.

Meanwhile, LisaRaye is keeping the checks coming in. She will be
featured in the new reality show, “Pastors of L.A.” with her boyfriend
Bishop Noel Jones of City of Refuge Church, which airs on Oxygen.
