Camp Mulla the young Kenyan hip hop group is definitely taking the
254 flow to another level. They will be performing at the grand finals
of MTV All Star Tour in South Africa on 18th May 2013 where they will
share a stage with some of the biggest artists in the world. Yes, Camp
Mulla will get to perform on the same stage with Snoop Lion, Zahara
among other recognized artists. MTV All Star Tour is a tour that seeks
to showcase talents across Africa and has managed to tour countries
including Kenya, Nigeria and others. It will come to an end with a grand
show in South Africa which will be graced by some of the biggest
artists in the Industry. That is exactly why it is a big deal that Camp
Mulla was chosen to be among the performers which goes a long way to
show how far the group has grown musically.
Camp Mulla has always flown the Kenyan flag very high ever since their debut, even getting to be nominated for BET awards for their track ‘Party don’t stop’ which they featured Collo the King and producing great tracks that have done very well across Africa. They have also done awesome collaborations with international artists like Kanja the African King and M.anifest. They might have broken their fans’ hearts last month when they announced that they were going to split but one thing is for certain, as far as music is concerned there is no stopping this young force that is Camp Mulla. We can only hope that they will own that stage come that day as it might be one of the last performances we see of them as a group.
