It’s so interesting (and funny) seeing someone
getting punked but to so the person being punked. It gets even funnier
if the person is in the public eye. So yesterday evening, HBR’s Ignition
Crew Sheila Kwamboka, Jeff and Mike took down singer Wahu during the
“Boiling Point” section of their show.
So it happened that Sheila called Wahu to complain about her (Wahu’s) song “Liar” and then went on to ask if she could another song saying men are not liars and that’s when she (Sheila) started throwing in the jargon. “…the macaque of this all….obstreperous…. attenuate….” All this while the award winning artiste remained calm listening.
The point behind this segment is that listeners get to send in three very hard and unusual words and then one of the presenters has to use them in a recorded phone call with the chosen celebrity, trying very hard to keep them on the line as long as they can.
