While Hurricane Sandy's devastating waters are keeping Kanye's penthouse in Soho, NYC without power, Mr. West jetted down to Miami to be with his girlfriend Kim Kardashian today.

Kanye hopped off his flight to Miami this morning to join up with his
camera loving boo Kim K. as she continues to film her "Kourtney &
Kim Take Miami" reality show. And look who he ran into while his
girlfriend was scooping him up in her black Rolls Royce:
Yep, the same paparazzo chick he got into a fight with a few week ago outside of Prime 112 after she asked him a question about Kim's ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush, who was dining nearby at the time.
The twosome hugged it out and are now besties.
Not really, but I'm sure they are in her head.
