JAGUAR dominates Nzumari awards

Over the weekend the glamorous Nzumari awards went down at the coast. The awarding ceremony was hosted by Queen Eve in Mombasa.

Although the event started late which infuriated fans it went down as planned and the performance of the night was by Kigeugeu hit singer Jaguar who also won the Best East African Male artiste of the year award.

Among other show stoppers for the night was controversial rapper Octopizzo who won the Best Male artiste Nairobi award.

Tanzanian Diamond, Meg C, event’s organizer Beyonce and Hassan Faisal of Coastal films were among some personalities who were honored at the ceremony.

The gallery had a rib cracking moment as Kiss 100’s Jalang’o took the stage as the emcee of the night with radio presenter DJ Lenium.

As the night wrapped up a gang of rowdy youth attacked Queen Eve and stole from her a smart phone and money. This is the second time that robbers are attacking the event organizer as just last week robbers broke into her house and stole property of unknown value.
