Seems like the beef between Avril and Size 8 is not about to end soon. The two
are known to be archenemies and have over the past been involved with verbal
confrontations. Most think the fights are due to the competition the two pose
for each other.
Yesterday at the Nyayo National
Stadium for the ongoing Guinness Football Challenge Size 8 rocked the show
instead of the usual performance by Avril who has been headlining the other
shows from town to town.
Apparently Avril has been dropped
from the shows for Size 8. It is still not clear why she has been dropped from
the shows and reaching her has turned out to be futile.
According to Size 8, she was called
by the management of the event and she quoted for them her price which they
accepted. She will be the main performer for the shows which will be ongoing
until the best team from Kenya is selected.
Previously for the Niko Na Safaricom shows, Avril was also
given the contract and bid the same as Size 8. She was dropped before the show
could start.
