The American rapper and record producer was in his chauffeur driven black Cadillac escalade which collided with a Lexus RX.
Diddy and his chauffeur complained of pains and were pretty shaken from the incident but even after an ambulance being sent, Diddy said he'd seek his own medical attention.
Funny he didn't mention any of that on his twitter but let's hope they'll be just fine.

Earlier today in LA, Diddy and his entourage were involved in a bad car crash. Law enforcement said a car made a left turn in front of Diddy's vehicle resulting in the collision.
According to TMZ, cops said everyone (including Diddy and the two drivers) complained of pain and a report was filed.
Though an ambulance was called, no one went to the hospital and no citations were issued.
