Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are listing their fabulous NYC penthouse for $17.95M. The couple bought the 6,000 sq. ft. pad from Lenny Kravitz in 2010 for around $14M. Almost a four million dollar profit in 2 years aint bad.
The 16-room laid out FAB apartment boasts five-bedrooms, a 3,000 square-foot terrace, floating staircase, and glass-encased dining room.
And the home has a bit of Hollywood history as Nicole Kidman and Denzel Washington have each lived in the space at one time or another.
