Why back in 2005, Kimora Lee Simmons and her then husband, mogul Russell Simmons, showed off their newly purchased mansion in Saddle River, NJ for MTV Cribs.
Well the home has been on-and-off the market for 3 years with price cuts just about every year. Now, Kimora has hauled it back on for $13.9 million and apparently there is new interest in the sprawling property.

You might recall this massive home that the couple decked out to the nines with Versace furniture and decor fit for a king and queen. The house truly is fitted for a king and queen, featuring 35,000 square-feet, 10-bedrooms, home theatre, a master bedroom spanning 2,000 square-feet, gym, and backyard fit for any party.
After the couple split in 2006, Kimora remained in the home with her two daughters working her craft at the Baby Phat offices in Manhattan. In 2008, the home went on the market with a price tag of $23 million, but then it was taken off the market for a small period of time. The gigantic mans hit the market once again with a reduced price tag of $19.8 million, but no buyers came forward once again. In October of last year, Kimora announced that the house was again for sale with a $3.3 million price reduction to $16.5 million, seeking to buy a place in Manhattan.
In recent months rumors were flying that the former couple’s home had been sold, but those rumors were put to rest when the the property reappeared not to long ago listed with Sotheby’s International for $13.9 million.
$13.9 million! That’s about $9 million cut over 3 years. For being one of the largest single-family homes in New Jersey, there doesn’t seem to be a family large enough for this place.
Russell Simmons recently spoke to his website Global Grind and said, “There is a lot of interest right now.” Although his website states the current price is $17 million, the official listing with Sotheby’s states $13.9 million.
