Everybody's been wondering where the hell Kimsha Artest has been all season on "Basketball Wives: LA" (and Tanya Williams as well), since she hasn't appeared on the show since episode 2.
Now the producers are speaking out about what really went down--and why it's all Kimsha's fault!
We haven't seen Kimsha Artest since episode 2 this season. And there's been speculations he was purposely left out for some unknown reason. And it didn't help that a fake Facebook page started spewing accusations against the producers and Shaunie O'Neal about having a personal vendetta against her.
Her (ex) husband Ron Artest tweeted that the account was fake, but didn't speak on why she's been M.I.A. But now the producers are. Here's what they said in s statement today:
“When Kimsha Artest signed on to be in ‘Basketball Wives: LA,’ we were very excited to have her onboard. That is why we were confused and disheartened when after a limited number of days shooting she stopped showing up for filming. This is the sole and only reason Kimsha has not appeared on more episodes of the series. Her minimal coverage on the show was entirely her decision and not that of Shed Media, VH1 or Executive Producer Shaunie O’Neal.’Basketball Wives: LA’ continues to be a ratings success for VH1 every Monday night.”

By the way, after Draya's little breakdown in last night's episode where she tried to say all the child neglect police reports about her are false, the reporter is standing by his word. Draya was charged with leaving her child unattended and getting arrested for child neglect--while he's submersed in feces in a home alone at 7 while she was at work stripping. The POLICE REPORTS document the situation and she also accepted the punishment and attended family rehab and counseling.
Homegirl needs more people. Boldface lying about things that can be verified make you look some kind of way....
