Chris Bosh recently filed court docs in Orange County, FL disputing Allison Mathis' claims that he got her kicked off "Basketball Wives."
Allison, who says she had filmed two episodes and brokered a $250K payday, claims that producers got scared and dropped her from the show after Chris' high-powered lawyers threatened to sue if she appeared on the show.
But in his court docs, Chris says it's not his fault that producers dropped Allison, he is simply "acting to protect his own economic or financial interests."
He says he shouldn't have to pay Allison anything and that the judge should toss her lawsuit. Alrighty then.
