Mrs. O was an all American lady last night as she co-hosted a dinner in London, as a Thank You for the Queen's State Dinner, at Winfield House, the residence of the Ambassador of the United States of America.
She accented her Ralph Lauren off-the-shoulder full length gown with may-jah jewels for her neck and wrist from Tom Bins collection.
