Although Flocka just had his home raided by police last week, the rapper still managed to attend this event in Chicago. Plenty of folks attended like Ciara, Jazmine Sullivan, Ginuwine, and more. Im actually surprised. Here's pics of Wacka not getting raided by the feds:
