Brandy was out at dinner in New York the other day when she made a young fan's birthday. The singer was dining at Cafeteria in Chelsea when she noticed the group of girls celebrating at the table next to her. A source says, "They were huge fans of her and told her how much they loved her". Not only did Brandy sing Happy Birthday to the young woman, she also picked up the $650 bill.
