The line-up for the VH1’s Divas 2010 was announced today, and you’re not going to believe who will be flying the flag of diva-dom on this year’s show.

Having been benched for sometime prior to its return last year, the VH1’s Divas brand is looking to re-inject some much-needed life and interest into what used to be a staple of the network’s annual schedule.
Despite enlisting a lacklustre cast of artists for last year’s show, its producers have this year lined-up an equally baffling set of ladies as the night’s head-liners. They are:
- Katy Perry
- Keri Hilson
- Nicki Minaj
- Sugarland
- Paramore
Speaking on her involvement with this year’s show, Keri Hilson said: “I am proud to be in the show’s lineup among so many other influential, strong and powerful women.”
VH1 Divas 2010 airs December 5th from the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego. The show will tribute the efforts of the United States military troops.

Pun’kd must have switched stations, because this a complete joke! The last time I checked, none of the listed ladies (regardless of their varying levels of talent) hold any claim to the title ‘diva’. What happened to the show’s dizzy heights when great’s such as Diana Ross and Whitney Houston would be tributed by greats in the making (as opposed to flavours of the moment)? A mess.
