In an effort to urge gang activity reporting, The Miami Police Department featured a large banner on their website this week, depicting animated images of what is supposed to be your typical street gang member.
If you look closer two of the images are basically previous poses of rapper turned music mogul Jay-Z. According to Gawker, the MPD has since then removed the image from their site.
