Brandy may be gearing up for a stint on Dancing With The Stars, however her attention appears firmly fixated on her music. Indeed, the 30 year old singer has recruited some of the industry’s hottest hit-makers to craft hits for the LP – due next year.
Find out who below…
Writing on Twitter just hours ago, producer/songwriter Rico Love confirmed his involvement with the project. Love, who’s song credits include Beyonce’s ‘Sweet Dreams’, Usher’s ‘There Goes My Baby’, and Kelly Rowland’s ‘Commander’, tweeted:
@iamricolove + @4everBrandy = TimelessMusic.#Turnthelightson (coming soon) Rt Rt Rt…
Meanwhile, Bangladesh (Beyonce’s ‘Diva’, Lil’ Wayne’s ‘A Milli’) also revealed his participation in the album’s recording sessions, during an interview with Rap-Up recently:
In addition to spilling about the “Tik Tok” singer, Bangladesh took the mic to discuss his feature-heavy solo project and the recent call he received from a “Dancing with the Stars” contestant. “I just got a call from Brandy,” he shared. “She wants me to do her album—hard stuff.”
Both producers’ respective sounds and past work present exciting prospects for Ms. Norwood’s new LP. Can’t help but salivate at the idea of Brandy on a Diva-esque track or something like the sublime ‘There Goes My Baby’. Bring on that album!
