‘ROUND THE WAY: TIMBALAND SAYS THERE WAS NO SUICIDE ATTEMPT

Producer and artist, Timothy “Timbaland” Mosley was subject to a manhunt Tuesday (August 24) after his family called 911 after he left his home and could not be located. His family he was ‘distraught over the theft of a $2 million piece of jewelry’ and were worried that he may harm himself (LISTEN TO THE 911 AUDIO).

The star sat down with Ryan Seacrest earlier this morning to clear the air:

“I don’t know what people are talking about. Why would I commit suicide? Something did happen. It wasn’t a watch [that was stolen]. It was something else took a drive to figure out how I’m going to handle it.”

The rapper-producer understands that “people got worried.” When police tracked him down on the Pacific Coast Highway, he recognized the officer and assured him that everything was fine after being told of his family’s concern. [ READ MORE ]

Timbaland returned to the studio Wednesday to record with singer/songwriter Keri Hilson.
