In the sea of pictures from Tiny and T.I.’s nuptials that happened Saturday, I noticed guests Monica and Maino cheesing in the picture above. There have been lots of rumors linking these two together for awhile and they look pretty cozy don’t they?
Well looks can be deceiving. Blogger Sandra Rose corrected her report that claimed the two were an item when Monica’s camp reached out to her to clarify: they’re just friends:
“She hasn’t been addressing any rumors but feels it necessary to make it clear that she is not in a relationship with Maino at all and apologizes to him, his mate and loved ones for any pain this may cause,” one of Monica’s reps, Patrice Horton, said.
Monica’s new video “Love All Over Me” probably helped spark rumors that she and Maino were a couple. In the video, Monica was torn between an old relationship with the rapper’s character and a new relationship with a character played by NBA player Shannon Brown. Ultimately, Maino didn’t get her on-screen either.
Oh well!
