Nicki Minaj in Black Men Mag & NEW VIDEO: - “YOUR LOVE”

Nicki Minaj covers the July ‘10 issue of Black Men’s Magazine. Peep how they spelled her name wrong. SMH, we gotta do better. Anyway, in the issue she talks about always wanting to be in the entertainment business but as a child wanted to be on a soap opera. She further reminisces on being Onika Tanya Maraj and having to beg her mother for a pair of Jordan’s and now has 3 pairs lined up for her that haven’t even come out yet. Nothing spectacular about the interview, but it is a men’s magazine so I didn’t expect much but check out behind the scenes footage of her shoot.

Is it me or does she seem to have a lot of clothes on for a shoot that will be featured in a men’s magazine?

Anyway she just unveiled the video for her first #1 single “Your Love.” In this video she falls for her martial arts instructor played by Michael Jai White. You may remember him from “Why Did I Get Married.” For the most part she calms down her animated antics and you can really see how pretty she is. This might be the first video that she’s been in that I was actually able to watch until the end, and the end is definitely a good one. She gets into a sword fight with a woman who seems to think the instructor is her man. Check out the video to find out who wins.
