In the last decade, Nelly has blessed us with hit after hit but in the last couple years he’s been pretty quiet. Now he’s back with “Tippin’ in the Club,” and this has potential to make some noise. The first official single off his 5th studio album Nelly 5.0 due out September 21st. Check it out:
A club record so it serves its purpose. Hot track, catchy hook and it didn’t hurt that he threw in one of my favorite lines from The Chappelle Show “I’m riiiiichhh b********h!! It’s a good start and can only get better working with producers like Polow Da Don, Rico Love, The Neptunes, and Jermaine Dupri, and reported guest appearances include Kelly Rowland, T.I., Diddy, and Akon. Until then I may shake a tailfeather or two to “Tippin’.”
