Former child star Amanda Bynes, center, was spotted out & about with friends in New York City on Monday. Bynes, 28, is engaged to a 19-year-old fish bait salesman in California. “I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to f— them, but I can now say I’m engaged — get away from me,” she told In Touch. “I want to be married and I want to be away from people.” Bynes also said she wanted to have only boys. “I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out. I don’t want a gorgeous girl around. Then I [would] feel way jealous. Ew.” Bynes was diagnosed with schizophrenia and other mental disorders during her court-ordered confinement at a mental facility last year.
