Dr. Dre To Release Detox Featuring Jay-Z This Week???

It’s too good to be true. Word on the street is that Dr. Dre is finally set to release a single off Detox this week, featuring Jay-Z, no less.

Sure, we’ve heard it before. For the past 10 years, everybody and their momma has claimed to have the inside scoop on Dre’s mythical project. Well, apparently, this time’s the charm. Sources close to the project intend the record to drop in roughly a week. The track is said to be uptempo, but a title has yet to be revealed. I must say, as much as hip-hop is advertised as a young man sport, two 40-plus artists will have the rap world going nuts if the single does drop.

What do you guys think? Is someone pulling our leg for the umpteenth time? Do you have faith in Dre and Jay coming through after so many rumored singles and release dates?
