Born in the ancient city of Kano (Nigeria), she came into the industry at a very tender age. At the time, very few people gave her any chance of succeeding. However, she persevered, and today, she is one of the stars of Nollywood. Since making her entry into the industry, she has featured in an impressive number of movies. These include Emerald, White Hunters, Breath of Love, Men in Love, Blind Choice, Before The Rain, and Dangerous Beauty.
