Woman Beats 50 Cent Associate in 2008 Lawsuit

Shana Chin, 24, was recently rewarded $30,000 in her lawsuit against Dwayne McKenzie, an assistant for 50 Cent.

On Thursday (April 8) morning, a Waterbury, Connecticut Superior Court judge ruled in favor of Chin, who filed a lawsuit against McKenzie for assaulting her in the bathroom at the rapper's Connecticuit mansion after a Memorial Day party back in 2008.

Chin, who was said to be dating McKenzie, originally sought $100,000 for the suit. Judge Joseph Pellegrino stated there was enough evidence against McKenzie to support Chin's claims.

McKenzie was arrested right after the incident and has been enrolled in a violence education program. Representatives for 50 Cent have yet to comment on the matter.
